BLC 25 Goals and Fitness Test 1

Just a real quick blog from my phone to post my goals for the next 12 weeks and the results of fitness testing.
My goals are pretty basic: 6 pounds lost and at least as many inches. I'm going to get there by cutting way down on soda, increasing my freggies, and focusing on increasing my fitness.
Overall I'm not happy with the results of fitness tests. 38 push-ups in one minute and a one me wog in 15 min., 19 seconds is pretty good. I'm not at all happy with only 6 crunches in the SP fitness test or with the 130 pulse after the three minute step test. It looks like I need to really focus on core strength and endurance in the next few weeks.
