More exercise, more food

I joined the 'Eat Up, Slim Down' challenge to try to see just how my food intake relates to my exercise.
This week I'm trying to walk 5 or 6 miles each day and then consume at least the lower range of calories according to the nutrition tracker. Most days I'd like to eat mid-range just to see how I do with that much food. I'm counting all the miles as recorded on my Fitbit, not just the intentional exercise miles. I think this is a more accurate measure of my activity level and it does reward me for parking farther from the door when shopping, etc. I hope to learn more about my metabolism.

This is day four of my plan and I'm enjoying it. My muscles are complaining a bit after walking but I don't wake up stiff the next morning so I don't think I'm over doing.
