Time to own up.....

It's time to own up as to why my weight today is 208 lbs!!!! I have not counted calories, I have eaten anything I've wanted and i have found myself sneaking to eat food so that my hubby would think I'm still doing well on my diet. He seems impressed when i have the discipline to eat right and work out. But little does he know, I sometimes stop by McDonald's and have a "snack" before dinner. I've determined that the stress from the additional duties at work and homework for the classes i'm taking is really causing me to stress eat. I'm determined to take back control of my body. Today I have promised myself to eat no more than 1300 calories a day. NO exceptions. I need to see this weight go down. I'd like to see 205 by Friday.............
