Mental health update

I'm back on Spark, and I'm so happy to say that I've been stable for more than a month now: no more depression :)
Upping my meds that extra 100mg created an immediate change in my mood that has thank G-d been maintained for the past six weeks. I feel like myself again.
Now I have the ability to move forward with my weight loss goals. Here are the changes I am committing to:
*walking on the fitness center treadmill for a minimum of 20 minutes a day
*giving up my morning (sugary) coffee for a morning (less sugary) tea
*eating regular meals and snacks
To lose twenty pounds in twenty weeks, it will take until Sept 22, so I gave myself an extra week and set my goal at Sept 30. Wish me luck!
