Ney month, new goals

So April was a bust for me... I am moving on and realizing I made the choices and I have to blame myself.

May is starting out a lot better and I feel great about it. I have been to the gym everyday, even with the added stresses on me and I have been eating and tracking all my food. I am limiting all crap I eat and maintaining the healthy lifestyle I want.


1. Hit the gym 4 times per week
2. Be under on calories 6 times per week
3. Portion cheat meals
4. Find daily motivation... Read it all day long.

Non scale goals, track-able goals and obtainable goals... Back to the basics until I can get a handle on everything going on.
