For this weeks challenge I completed a fitness test. My scores weren't great but at least I know what to work on.
Push ups- I did 21 in a minute which was good for my age group, but I did girl push ups so I'd like to be able to do regular manly man push ups.
Crunches- I did 20 in a minute. I was freakin' proud of that one and it said I did marginal. WHAT?!@#$%! Anywho, marginal is way better than poor.
Walking- It took me 20 minutes to walk a mile. I'm a slow walker anyway no matter how hard I try but with this extra weight I'm super slow. I know this one will improve with weight loss and practice.
3 minute step- average pulse rate for my age group is 100-105. Mine was 127! I could barely count it it was going so fast.
I learned from this test that I have a long way to go. But, I also realized that I've come a long way and I'm proud of myself for attempting these tests.
