April Summary

Whew! April was a good month!

What I find, funny, though, is that in January and February I realized I didn't exercise on Wednesdays. And I was OK with that, but it was an odd little quirk that I hadn't ever realized. Then in March and April I started exercising on Wednesdays more. Now, in April, apparently I don't exercise at the end of the week. Ha! There are a lot of holes in the Friday/Saturday columns!



22 days out of 30. Awesome! Beat my goal by 1 day. :)

The text on this month's calendar image is perfect for me, by the way:

Don't worry if the work is hard and your results are few.
Remember the mighty oak was once a nut like you.

Next month I think it will be Dory from Finding Nemo telling me to "just keep swimming." :)

    My workout calendar had a few holes in too, and a few cross outs with back up plans as it's been a bit too chilly to walk to a local lake so I had more indoor workouts. BUT we're still working out. Love the calendar image.
