Boot Camp On Crack

Hi, there, regular readers! As you know by now, Tom is insane! I regularly regale you with his insane workout plans, but somehow I manage to muddle through them. Usually last to finish, but I feel like a badass when it's over and that's all that matters right?
Today, Tom was feeling a particularly heinous shade of evil. It was kind of like normal, except in between sets instead of resting, we were running! Alllllllllll over the warehouse complex. Run around a building, stop and do an exercise or two.
We were full of jokes though. As we rounded a corner and uphill (because that makes it better) toward the street, one guy yelled, "We better be running to Chik-Fil-A!" Later, as we did walking lunges along the ENTIRE side of a not-small building, Tom asked if we were feeling it yet. Someone yelled, "All I feel is hatred, Tom!"
Usually I'm the one telling him I hate him and otherwise bitching, but today I was too busy trying not to throw up. Seriously, this is the closest I've ever come to that feeling. I didn't, and on the last lap I cheated and totally walked, but I pretty much HAD to at that point. I was just.done.
Then we went inside, so apparently we weren't done yet. The roman chairs (www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fbr9

v=PR9nHQXCZMo) were just terrible after all that running!
Still, when it was over, I did indeed feel like a badass again.
I go from boot camp to the gym to do more stretches and shower, so the guy at the front desk sees me come in all sweaty every day. This morning I walked in and he took one look at me, completely covered in sweat, and said, "must've been a doozy today." Understatement!
