Day 5 of Quitting (Wednesday 30th.)

I must be better than I thought emoticon
I only gained 0.2 Lb during my quitting. emoticon

I think instinct takes over when it comes to food choices after being watchful for so long. emoticon
I did eat chocolate and cheeses in excess for sure, but I think after about 2 days of "pigging out" that was enough, and I went back to healthier choices again. I was back down to mid range of calorie intake and fat was about 22% carbs 52% and protein 26% the last day.
Today I am getting back into Spark and making good choices, I do feel better when I care about what I eat.
As an experiment this is not worth repeating emoticon
In other words " Don't try this at home". emoticon
