Day 2 of the Reboot saw me lose a pound!

When I weighed in this morning after doing my rendition of Day 2 I was down a pound.
Instead of carrot soup I had a chicken salad.
I needed the protein.
Today is day 3 and I had my breakfast ( Flax granola and blueberreies)
I must admit that I have half a serving, I just can't eat a whole cup of granola!
Today for lunch I had left over rice and veggies.
Tonight I will have a salad.
Tomorrow will be day 4 of The Plan friendly meals!
Look at my parrot cat!
She loves sitting on my shoulder!
And the naughty boy who are his sister's food this morning when I was not looking got scolded. I can't get his photo to upload! Sigh!
On to day 4 tomorrow !
