100% effort? Well, sometimes.

No I don't always put 100 percent of my effort into my workout. I am only human and sometimes I am just to scattered to put 100% into anything. But lately I have been keeping track of what is going on in my life when I don't.
I have realized that it is usually when I am in the middle of an episode of depression. The times when I feel like I'm functioning surrounded by jello I don't have the energy to put full effort into anything.
But now that I know what the issue is, I can fix it.
