Core Ab Class

I decided to try the Ab class at the gym today - all I can say is OUCH.....

What the H-E- double hockey sticks was I thinking.....

I do abs, I spend about 10 minutes on them every gym visit - I feel them when I work them - I do planks, and push ups and bicycle crunches.

But - OH MY GOODNESS.....45 minutes of pretty much nothing but abs....I already hurt, and it has only been a couple of hours.

Now don't get me wrong - I will be right back at that class next Monday morning - and I will probably hurt just as bad, but that is a good thing.

I am starting to see my abs...well - I am starting to see that I am getting a little saggy, as the muscle builds and the fat is no longer the only thing in there - so if I keep it up and keep dropping the pounds, I will be good to go.

After class I did my weight training chart that hubby left me, although I skipped the abs....and I ran for 28 minutes.

Then it was time to go - time to get back to the real world.

I think I will not be a happy girl in the morning...it will be hard to go from laying down to sitting up - but it was worth it.
