Well, ,I think soon I have to quit this quitting LOL
I ate lots of bread and cheese yesterday, love Brie and the one I had yesterday was double cream and with mushrooms, YUMMY.
Now it is all gone
Less veggies and fruit.
I ate fairly healthy, ended up in the upper region of calorie intake, went over in fat%, (cheese) under in carb%.
The thing that makes me want to go back and quit the quitting is ,,,,
my tummy, it is not happy, grumbles and gas OUCH.I think my body has adjusted to a healthier life style.
I usually have 1 AM and 1 PM snack ,yesterday it was snacking all day it seemed, cheese again on whole wheat .
My veggie and fruit intake suffered.
I still have days 28,29 and 30 to go, we will se how I feel tomorrow.
I am having a fruit and veggie smoothie for breakfast with protein powder.
A salad for lunch and chicken enchiladas for dinner (home made)
