So LIS and I are doing a reboot of The Plan starting today!

I have not weighed in a while, so was shocked to see the number on the scale! After we had KFC yesterday for lunch ( I have not had that in literally about 10 years!)
I thought I would be in the upper range of my weight while ON THE PLAN.....OH NO!

I was wrong!

I weighed 164.8 lbs!
Now if you read back on some of the previous blogs you will know that my goal was to reach 164 lbs because that is considered my "healthy" weight according to my BMI!

Whooo hoooo!

So with the reboot I hope to go lower!

The kittens are doing great!

I have had my water and dandelion tea for the day, will have breakfast soon.

    Your kittens are soooo cute!!
You "passed" KFC - now you know you can have the odd (very odd!) splurge and still be ok. It is great to find places where you can eat without doing (too much) damage.
I'm starting at 137.8 this morning - dandelion tea and flax granola for breakfast.
    Let's DO this!!

YAY - I believe the Plan really does change something in our bodies (in a GOOD way!) My weight has been more stable in the last couple of months than I can remember it ever being, even when I go 'off plan'. It may go up, but not as much as in the past!!
