Decided on a 6 week challenge

I saw a friend post the other day about doing a 6 week challenge. I think this is just what I need to get me reenergized. Since September last year I have slipped into some bad habits of not working out regularly like I had been. I needed a few months off to regroup. However, my body is telling me that I shouldn't have taken a break. In December I had my ovaries removed as a prevention precaution. So now I'm in full on menopause and I can already tell in 4 short months that keeping a good weight is going to be an uphill battle now. I have to find something to love and stick with it. For now, I'm going to commit to working out 5 out 7 days a week for 6 weeks, and eating clean as I can. Six weeks -- thats a measly 42 days... I can do it! And by then, I know I will be feeling so much better - that it will turn into a 8 week, 10 week and many many more week challenge. Can't wait to post my before and after pictures again - and hope that they will look even better than the last blog I wrote in 2012!!
