5k by October? sure!

Right now, my major fitness goal is to be able to walk a 5k by October of this year. And I can see that happening, as long as the old me doesn't resurface and I quit.
I am working on walking every day. Some days, like yesterday when it was pouring rain, I am not as motivated as I should be. But then I see myself crossing the finish line and I keep going.
