Calories In - Calories Out

Saturday, April 26, 2014

I hadn't really been paying attention to how I am doing calories in vs. calories out. All I cared about that there were more out than in - however I have noticed a pattern, and I am alternating between big negative days and small negative days.

I have also seen my weight loss continue - so I am thinking that I am keeping my body guessing and not depriving it.

Does anyone else try to do this? Alternate big negative days with small negative days?

Have you had success?

Just something else in the whole nutrition/exercise world to make me go HHMM.

That is something I have changed as well. I have huge deficit days, regular deficit days and small surplus days within the week. I don't plan it out. I just eat when I'm hungry. I used to worry too much about keeping things balanced. Keep up the good work - you're doing great!

I totally noticed I am doing this on Isagenix and I LOVE not calorie counting actually.

The day after a cleanse I tend to eat a bigger dinner, then the next day drop it back down a actually cuts cravings in my opinion.

I've never been consistent with tracking & watching CICO until BTS. Now it is pretty interesting.

I'm still trying to figure it out myself. Some days my CICO show a nice negative, then the next I have a positive! emoticon

It's a continuous work in progress for me.

In other words, I am not much help on this topic! emoticon
