Been a nice week.

I was a bit depressed last week after the viewing/funeral services for Autumn. They were burying her on the 22nd Earth Day. One of the reasons I didn't attend the day services was that is the same day my mother past away 7 years ago. I would have been thinking of my Mom and not Autumn.
Weather has been nice all week until today. I got a nice long walk in yesterday and today, but the weather changed by this evening and it is suppose to rain tonight or tomorrow. There is something in my area that hit off an allergy attack today. I have never had this type of problem b4 and it was awful. After I did my walk, I showered and went to the market. My eyes had started to burn and I put drops in them b/4 I left for the store. By the time I got home my eyes draining down my face. lol I did more drop and didn't have any benedrill, but some other type of allergy product. Took a couple of hours to kick in but finally feeling better. Poor Phred got no evening walk because I just didn't have the energy.
Fingers are still a bother with cramping and stuff, making it hard to type like I use to do. Thinking back to the days when 80+ wpm was no big thing. Now I am lucky to do 25-30 wpm.
Went to the dentist the other day and leaving the office, the lady in front of me checking out was one of the ladies I use to bowl with. I had no idea we had the same dentist. She said she didn't expect the bowling alley to be around much longer. The new owners have upset everyone who bowls there as well as a couple of other alleys around this area. Many leagues have left to bowl else where or dropped out. We normally bowl for MS every year but Jeff's friend wife Chris, who gets it all going was unable to do so because the owners of the alley would not participate without charging a lot of money. This is for charity, folks, give me a break. They also said that the league they are on is trying to leave and go to another alley not own by AMF but Brunswick. They have already closed one of the alleys over in Yorba Linda for a fancy market. Seems land is too expensive here in Orange County for people to have a fun place to go with their families besides parks, Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm. Ok that's about it for now. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

I have a dust mite allergy that rears its head now & then and makes life pretty miserable. Usually none of the allergy meds help either...eyes & nose running and sneezing...whew! Fortunately it isn't a problem now!

    Keep 'er Sparkin'! :-)

A friend of mine had a svere a severe and sudden allergy attack like yours! She was miserable for days and ended up needing to get a short of steroids! At least you are typing at all! Sad about the bowling alleys. Not many use ours either since the last owner left. It will be a sad day when they are forced to close. It has been there all my life!

I can understand you not feeling like going to the services. Hope you are feeling better tonight too.
The weather here is really getting hot and it about time for us to pull the camper over to in front of our house to begin loading to start home. Will move it over on Sun. and temps Sun & Mon to be 100 or so!! Then it's a waiting game with travel weather. Sounds rather rough through the midwest this coming week.
