Its a bad time to lose weight. I am in MENOPAUSE. I've been told its very hard to lose weight at that time, & its true.
I have two choices at this point. I can try as i have in the past & at about 4 weeks, i see that i have only lost a little bit of weight. I get disgusted & impatient & say to hell with it & just eat, i eat anything & everything. If i didn't have it in the house, i'll go get it. Then after about a week of that i feel guilty & mad at myself.
Thats the ONE choice.

The OTHER choice is, i can keep eating right, exercise at least 3 days a week for an hour each day. While i know it will take a long time to get this 60 or 70 lbs off, i can just keep eating like i know i need to, & keep exercising. I have to realize that it must be a lifestyle change, not just a temporary way of eating & exercising. If i do, then i will fall back into my old eating habits & not exercising.

I choose to pick the latter. I feel better when i'm eating healthy & exercising those 3 to 4 days a week. I figure its better to keep losing even if its a little bit at a time than it is to be bouncing up & down with my weight....
