I'm having trouble with weight loss... and muscle loss due to inactivity! I have a sit on my butt job now and it's running me ragged. So here I am taking a moment to try to regroup as my 2 kids play with daddy.
My current weight is 235.
Next goal weight: 225 (Goal Date 6/1/2014)
2nd goal weight: 215 (Goal Date 7/1/2014)
3rd goal weight: 205 (Goal Date 8/1/2014)
4th goal weight: 200 (Goal Date 9/1/2014)
5th goal weight: 195 (Goal Date 9/14/2014)
It's been so long since I even imagined weighing under 200 pounds. I almost forgot that I even care. But I do! :-)
So now I have it written down. Amen.
