Finally making some progress

So I finally have been making progress lately. I also started taking adderall again and feel like it's helping me to focus and not be so off track with daily tasks. I weighed in last week and had a loss as well as this week. I hovered around 160 for a few weeks but I feel like I'm really losing now. I know that a side effect of the adderall is to lose some weight, but I've only been on it for a few days. My doctor has been gradually increasing me, at this point I'm taking 20 mg. a day. I will probably end up with 30 mg. next mo.

since my weight loss journey started in March of 2012. I have lost a total of 42 lbs. I feel so much stronger physically and mentally. I ran two miles for the first time the other day. I've never been able to do that before. That was an accomplishment for me. My goal is to run in a 3K some day. Once I reach my goal I will start to train. There's always a bunch around where I live.

Life is good and continues to get better.
