First and formost I want to get back to eating healthier and getting to my goal weight of 150 pounds. My short term goal for now is to get back into a true size 16. I found out that I felt better, had more energy, and was motivated to help others reach their goals along this wonderful journey. I understand that this is a lifestyle change not a fad. I lost my mother to heart disease and I want to take care of myself because my body is the temple of The Lord and for me second then my family.
