Well, a weight loss, any weight loss is good in my books....but this Isagenix thing is costing me a fortune and I am dropping 2-3 lbs per week. I see people posting drops of 6-12 lbs in a week.... how is that possible?
My trainer keeps saying it's because I haven't fully kicked the coffee...but I can't believe it's just down to that. I have been sticking to 2 shakes a day with prescribed snacks and one healthy meal at night (or sometimes it's lunch).
I track my calories on Spark as well as water consumption and I am pretty good overall considering where I was just 3 months ago. If I wasn't paying so much for the plan, I would be thrilled, but the plan basically is about dropping weight faster.
I count the other wins....I am down 10.5inches overall in 2 weeks and 5 lbs. I can potentially look to lose 10lbs by month end and maybe up to 20 inches overall...not a bad month, I just can't decide if the value is there.
I feel better about my eating decisions and I have never eaten so many veggies in my life. I can't believe I have truly acquired a taste for vegetables. When you put your mind to it, you really can affect so much change. I am proud of where I am today, and I am very close to my first trophy on Spark for losing 25 lbs....and soon, one-der-land!
