Streak Days 15-17

Well, a weight loss, any weight loss is good in my books....but this Isagenix thing is costing me a fortune and I am dropping 2-3 lbs per week. I see people posting drops of 6-12 lbs in a week.... how is that possible?
My trainer keeps saying it's because I haven't fully kicked the coffee...but I can't believe it's just down to that. I have been sticking to 2 shakes a day with prescribed snacks and one healthy meal at night (or sometimes it's lunch).
I track my calories on Spark as well as water consumption and I am pretty good overall considering where I was just 3 months ago. If I wasn't paying so much for the plan, I would be thrilled, but the plan basically is about dropping weight faster.
I count the other wins....I am down 10.5inches overall in 2 weeks and 5 lbs. I can potentially look to lose 10lbs by month end and maybe up to 20 inches overall...not a bad month, I just can't decide if the value is there.
I feel better about my eating decisions and I have never eaten so many veggies in my life. I can't believe I have truly acquired a taste for vegetables. When you put your mind to it, you really can affect so much change. I am proud of where I am today, and I am very close to my first trophy on Spark for losing 25 lbs....and soon, one-der-land!

Keep Sparkin!!

I don't believe 6 - 12 pounds loss in a week. 2 is a good loss. I ,however, did this following the spark plan: eating lean meats, veggies, fruit and whole grains.I don't believe expensive shakes are necessary. At least, it wasn't for me. Save your money and jump head first into healthy eating that can last for a life time! Good luck!

Oh, by the way, coffee wasn't a culprit for me. I drank tons of coffee while in the losing phase of my journey. No, not good for me, but it didn't stand in the way of my weight loss.

Hey 2 pounds a week is awesome! Plus, the inches are coming off ~ you are doing a fantastic job. Sure in a perfect world we'd all lose 6 or more pounds a week, but that's not the way it's supposed to be (or is it?!). Does the Isagenix include a cleanse as well? Just wondering.

I made summer squash with fresh garlic for dinner. Everyone turned up their noses, but I sure enjoyed it!!! So good work on eating all your veggies too :)

I know you paid a lot for this program and want results, but I just have to say as a longtime Sparker, 6-12 pounds a week is just not sustainable. It would be great if it happened, but even if it did, it's so hard to keep it off after that. Losing it at a slower rate is not as fun, but it's better in the long-term. Sorry to be a bummer lol. I lost a lot really fast early on, but that kind of pace is hard to maintain.

I have the same struggles. Month 1 was 12 pounds and 19 inches.....month 2 will not be so good I fear.

However - with any other method I have tried - I was side tracked very easily and gave up. With this - it is easy - almost no thought really - and I am getting better nutrition than ever.

It is a toss up when it comes to financial end of it.

For month 3, I have given up the Supreme, Flush and Accelorator. I didn't order them. I just did shakes and some Want more Energy (have you tried half an oranage WME in your vanilla shake?) I AM ADDICTED. Just like a creamsicle.
