Spring Break fun and photos

I ate too much over Easter weekend! Candy, candy, candy! I am up a pound from my major accomplishment of being down to pre-pregnancy weight. Oh well, I'll get back down again. My weight always goes up around Easter because I can't say no to all the candy.

I still feel like I'm doing pretty well overall. Over the weekend, I jumped on the trampoline at my mother's house. I haven't done that in years! What a cool NSV! My husband took some photos.

What a workout! I didn't jump for long, because I was sweating so much.

My daughter, Tabby, also joined in the fun.

She almost gave me a heart attack when she got close to the edge, so I didn't let her stay up there for long.

Yesterday I stayed in pj's all day long and pretty much was a slug. I wasn't feeling well due to my allergy issues and I probably had a food hangover from all the Easter candy. More reasons to eat well! Food hangovers are no fun. But, I did manage to try a new Sparkrecipe, which turned out really well. Here's the link:
It's a breaded chicken parmesan recipe. It was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend it. I had it with some marinara on a bed of spaghetti squash.

I feel like it's going to be hard to stay on track this week since I'm not at work. I am going to try my best. I am really hoping to get down to 203 lbs (100 pounds lost!) by the time I leave to go to Orlando on June 22. My husband, Tabby and I are going to Orlando with friends and it will be my first visit to Disney World!! I am very excited. I grew up very poor, so we never took any long-distance vacations. I feel like this will be the first real family vacation for us (even though we live in a vacation spot, which is nice). It is going to be very hot, so I hope to rid myself of some extra insulation before taking that trip! FL in late June. Ugh. I do not look forward to the heat, so I want to lose weight and hopefully feel more comfortable in tank tops and shorts :)

I will leave you with a new face photo. I am so happy that I am losing my extra chin. I really enjoy touching my chest and finding collar bones, too. Oh, happy day!

    Enjoy Disney World, here's hoping they have a cool spell in June. I once made a Florida trip in July. Since then, all my subsequent trips have been in February. emoticon

    You look great! Research shows the shorter time between when you went off track and get back on track, the greater your success. So do it today...on your mark, get set...ON TRACK! If you wait, you'll find excuses for "just one little piece of chocolate won't hurt." Yes it will because it'll delay your getting On BOARD!

    You have a great goal....your family trip, the heat & fewer excess pounds to slow you down. And we all know YOU, of all people, can do it!

    Looks like you had a blast on the trampoline. You just found a new way to have fun and burn some calories! I bought a hula hoop and I break a sweat with that thing. You have done such an amazing job and I'm so happy and proud of you my friend! Enjoy your family vacation in Disney..Tabby is going to love it! Take plenty of pics and share. Hugs, you rock!
