First day went well. I'm back to doing most of what worked for me last time. Food is tracked...drastically cut calories and incorporating more vegetable. I had to guess at my home made chicken soup calories but I'm probably not too far off. I got all the water back in. And, I'm really happy to get out on a trail ride on my mountain bike again. It's a really good start.
My challenges will be at school tomorrow through Thursday. It's an early, early morning surrounded by food. I'm developing a Gluten Free Carrot cake...Plan to pack in some food and take a Protein Shake with me in the morning. I just got to keep my goals in mind and curve off the hunger. So I'll see how I do tomorrow.
