4/18: weekly update

Sorry its been a few weeks since the last blog. I weighed in on 4/8 and was exactly the same as the previous weigh in, so I was discouraged that having stayed in my range 6/7 days my weight was still the same. My husband also bought me chocolate spread (never had it before that) and I gave up on tracking for just over a week. I realize that I still have lots of goals to accomplish and I need to overcome the setback, so here I am. Just working on staying in my range for the next few days. I will try to post an update Tuesday that has more things defined and a weight update.
