getting back on board

Needing to get back to business, I am going to try and get up early and work out between 6 to 7 am, might find this to be a little easier and not quite so busy at the gym. I really need to get a routine down and then I can just go and get my business done early in the day. I've been working on the eating portion and doing good at that, My only problem is the weekends, we have date nite on friday and I look forward to that, just need to learn to get back to eating clean the rest of the weekend instead of just continuing with dirty eating as I will call it.
