I'm feeling really good. My stress level is high but my reaction to it is really good. Exercising and eating healthy is helping me stay centered. My attitude is positive and upbeat. I have more energy than I have in a long time.
I think that stopping my studying to take a walk or a bike ride is actually helping me with my studies. I seem to be more productive and I am retaining the information. I used to use the excuse that I had to much homework to do to take time out to exercise, but it actually pays off to take that extra 30 min to get in a little physical activity.
