Hit my 80 pounds weight loss a few days ago. I'm pretty excited about it, but at the same time i feel like i should be farther along in the total 10 months since i started. Started jogging outside since i signed up for the Freihofers 5k run for women on may 31st and it will be my very first. Pavement is so different than the treadmill and i am so much slower. My first mile time was 16;45, but my second run came in at 15:02. i'm hoping to get it down to 14:00, and be able to jog the 3 miles outside. i can do it on the treadmill so far.
