stress journal #4

Well, this is getting tough trying to keep up with this stress blog. My body hates me today. I feel really run down to the point that I didn't even go to class today. Of course that is stressful because now I don't know what is going on in the course and we are at the end of the semester.

I am hoping that this run down feeling is just coming from the healing that my body is doing after the dental surgery and the fact that I am riding my new bike. Hopefully, it won't last long. It doesn't help that I am still not eating regular food and I don't have an appetite. Boy, getting older is tough. The body just doesn't bounce back as fast even though the mind is ready.

So, to counter my stress I am just going to do light walking today and work on the remaining assignments I have. Tomorrow is a new day and hopefully I will feel better.

    I hope you start feeling better! Being stressed out can really have an effect on your energy level. If you aren't able to eat proper food, I hope that you are taking vitamins or supplements to help with that. Have a great day!
