Rough week with constant migraines and no help from neurologist

Tuesday, April 15, 2014

Called my neurologist in agony on Wednesday, I had been getting 2 migraines a day for weeks (basically one long migraine) with only 3 days without. I have yet to hear back from him. In other words I will be looking for a new doctor this week. I have been thrown down and around by chronic migraines for years and he hasn't helped me one bit. Screw him! emoticon (pardon my language). However I am feeling better today despite killer cramps. I'm trying to do yoga today for my joints and migraines and cramps. When I was doing yoga on a regular basis my migraines weren't quite as bad. I am just really frustrated by a doctor that doesn't give a crap! Okay vent is over! Back to happy thoughts emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

emoticon Really hoping that the Yoga really helps you. Too many Drs are like your guy who is Just Not There when you need them for a crisis

i don't have migranes, which is amazing to me as they run in my family .. my poor sister has them and she has no insurance so no specialist to help her .. i feel for you both .. i hope you find a great dr. shop around and don't settle for less than GREAT .. we pay them too much to settle for anything else.. feel better !!

I deal with migraines too, so I know the frustration. I had good luck with seeing a chiropractor, if that's an option for you.
