My first 24 hours without sugar. I focused on my knowledge of what I did before and staying on track. I am proud that I made it. I am not in the clear yet but one day at a time. Focusing on what I know I can do that is good for me and the positive helped me not think about the cravings. I even walked into the gas station and didn't give the candy a notice, but I was talking to myself about what I really wanted in life. It sure isn't sugar!
