Mindset - This is how I am thinking about what I need/want to do. If I'm not being positive it is difficult to do much of anything.
Support - What I receive from my friends, family and teammates.
Visualization - How I see myself and pictures or words to help me on the journey.
Obstacles - Road blocks that interfere with healthy nutrition, exercise and sleep.
Time Management - This is essential to getting in my exercise and taking care of my family.
Beyond Comfort - This usually just means if I'm going to choose to do more exercise or to decide to stay on the healthy track instead of straying.
Stress Management - Exercise!
Rewards - I'm not very good at giving myself rewards. I should work on this area.
The word I am focusing on this week (April 14) is mindset. I am going to make sure I put myself in a positive mindset. If I'm having trouble doing this I will visit my teams and/or go look at motivational sayings. I will exercise daily, eat healthy and share my NSV's.
