1.2 Pounds Away From Goal Weight!

So I weighed-in today and I'm down to 169.2 pounds! I'm finally in the 160's and I'm now only 1.2 pounds away from my goal weight of 168. I'd like to get there and then get down to 165 and maybe try for 160 but it all depends on how I feel.

Last night for dinner I made spaghetti with homemade sauce that had sautéed diced yellow onions, diced green bell peppers, minced fresh garlic, salt, pepper, 1 large whole tomato, the rest of a can of diced tomatoes, green onions, and italian dried seasoning. My portion was 2oz of pasta and 1/4 cup of sauce with a small piece of french bread warmed up in the oven. It was so yummy I had to refrain from eating more!

Tonight I'm having a crock pot dinner with a london broil that had been seared in hot olive oil and montreal steak seasoning. I added sliced carrots, sliced red potatoes, pepper, italian dried seasoning, a few sprigs of fresh thyme, montreal steak seasoning, green onions, diced celery, and fresh garlic cloves. I'll also be making a head of green cabbage to go with everything :)

Only 4 more days until we head off to Chico for the weekend :) I'm going to start packing stuff today and checking stuff off of my list as I pack it. We cleaned out the trunk of the car yesterday morning so there's space for the stuff we're packing. I'm also making sure I pack a bag with my work out clothes and healthy snacks and some fruit. For the boyfriend's mom's birthday we're going to be doing a barbecue for dinner on Saturday so we're going to pick up chicken breasts and burgers on Saturday morning. I figured as long as I bring my Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning and my food scale I should be okay. I want to make sure I don't over consume on stuff so I will be measuring/weighing food as much as possible. I'll be bringing my tablet with me so I can use sparkpeople to track my exercises and food.

Since we're leaving Friday afternoon we will be going to the gym Tuesday and Thursday this week so we get our 2 days in at the gym before we leave. I figured it works out perfectly because we can get gas after the gym on Thursday and get some light grocery shopping done at Food Maxx so we won't have to worry about fruits/vegetables going back during the 2 days that we're gone.

My hair appointment is on Saturday morning at 10am :) I'm really excited to have my hair cut and colored again because it is starting to look bad. It definitely needs to be cut as there are dead and split ends that needs to come off. I hope the side bangs that I get will look good. I can't wait to see the finished product.

I put down the deposit for the photo shoot! I'm also really excited about that as well. The corset I got from my boyfriend on Saturday would make a great photo. I tried it on with a black ruffle skirt that I had with my old corset that was too big on me and it went really well with the new corset. It made it look like a really cool steampunk dress :)
