week 15

Monday, April 14, 2014

I just had another good week. I have to keep that streak of having good weeks.
Being more focus during the work week and not putting pressure on myself on the weekends has worked for the last 3 weeks. Lets make sure it keeps working.

I walked a bit more this week and my foot told me that althought it is feeling a lot better it isn't ready yet. SO this week I'll be carefull

I did get a bite out of my over/under column. That means I am getting closer to my targetted weight and I like that a lot!

It's nice to see you doing well even though you have something you could use as an excuse. Good job. I hope your foot keeps improving. emoticon

When I go to France they have a saying in and around Nantes, Pornic and Chateaubriant and it goes like this.

"Si ce n'est pas casse - ne le repare pas."

That applies here - you have a system that is working really nicely so leave it alone and let it do it's work.

Great stuff Helene, C'est tres bon.

You have done a great job at figuring out what works for you and what doesn't and are aware that what worked one day may not work the next. That is something we all need to keep in mind. Life is surely not static, but always changing, and bravo for you for recognizing from the very beginning of your journey here that it is the same with diets and weight loss. I love reading your blogs because you reiterate that truth in all that you post here ... and, even more importantly ... you live by it.
