I just had another good week. I have to keep that streak of having good weeks.
Being more focus during the work week and not putting pressure on myself on the weekends has worked for the last 3 weeks. Lets make sure it keeps working.
I walked a bit more this week and my foot told me that althought it is feeling a lot better it isn't ready yet. SO this week I'll be carefull
I did get a bite out of my over/under column. That means I am getting closer to my targetted weight and I like that a lot!
