The First Week is Over

I made it thru the first week of the Spring 5% Challenge with a loss. It was a small loss (-0.6 lbs). I shouldn't be surprised. I was not very consistent with my workouts. I have decided that I need to increase the time or intensity of my workout. With the nicer weather, I should be able to do that. My calories have not been too out of whack, so the increased exercise should help. I realized that there is a trail for walking/running a few miles from me. I am going to go there a couple of times a week for a change in workout. I am looking forward to this. The second week will end better.
