My Goals for April 13th to April 19th

Stressful time ! The tax man cometh ! but I will be glad when its over ! I am in the lead of my biggest loser group at work but its a small lead ! lol it could turn the around very easily ! This is only my first week and I am only ahead by the second person by 1/2 pound . So here is my goals for next week !
1.To cut my carbs just a bit less , I don't really do well long term on low carb diets but I think the carb limit set for me is a little high 242 ! Plan to cut it down to 200.That is no way a low carb diet but it might force me to choose good carbs vs bad ones.
2.To add another 100 calories to burn for the week , I have not upped my minutes but I find that burning more calories per session is giving me more bang for my buck ! When it gets harder to accomplish then I will up my minutes !
3 Another thing this week that hindered both my diet and exercise is lack of time management . I have terrible insomnia and so far its hard to get up early in the morning and do my chores and exercise for the day ! Never the less that's another goal for another week for this week I will just try not to get distracted by the phone, the computer or the tv ! or um feeling sorry for myself lol
Wish my luck guys ! Buddy Girls you know I am doing this for YOU and of course for me too hehe , But I am the only one following our rules in the BL group at work the others are following a well known diet plan and no exercise plan.So I am hoping to win one for the Gipper ! Who ever that is ! lol
