Well it's off to the gym since we didn't go to the gym last night since I didn't feel up to going and that's okay. So far this week I've burned just over 3400 calories but after the gym it should be close to 4000 calories burned.
I went for a 40 minute walk this morning and came back to make everyone breakfast :-) I made bacon, hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, and toast. For my breakfast I had strawberries, 2% cottage cheese, and some coffee.
Tonight for dinner I'm making fresh Atlantic salmon in tin foil with sliced lemons, herbs, garlic, onions, and Mrs Dash no sodium seasoning. I'm pairing it with pasta roni garlic and herb vermicelli and sauteed red potatoes with garlic, herbs, salt, pepper, onions, and green bell peppers.
Yesterday the boyfriend got a package in the mail and it was for me :-) it was a pretty corset in a size XL and it fit yay!
