Before I talk about running on faith..Mr. Clapton sings it so much better-

Not so much running on faith, newsflash...running with one working knee has it's challenges. After a few too many miles on steep terrain I awoke to find my knee had taken on water and sank. Note the end of the song above, I woke up with walking and running blues.

So I jumped in the pool and ran... in about 6 feet of water. Score 2 more pounds gone this week for Lil Miss Chunkstyle! I also decided to really kick up the ab and core workouts, I hate ab work but yanoo I can't pray my way from a 2 liter to a six pack.

Did I mention how stubborn I've become? Seriously,!

This all brings me one month closer to 41. What matters with time is that you appreciate the time you've had and do the best you can with the time you have. Bum knee and all I'm thankful for the chance to run anyway I can. The swelling's much better and hopefully I'll be back to pounding the pavement soon. I had to fight for my 2 lil pounds this week, but God shows me what the scale can't measure.... I'm getting a bit stronger at running on faith. So I'll do whatever is in my power to do, trusting God for the rest.
