HM training notes - I needed today's run

Since my last blog posting, I've had 5 training runs. Today's was the best by far and just what I needed. I've been waning on my desire to compete in the upcoming half-marathon... I had a decent 11 mile run the other day, which gave me the confidence that I can complete the half-marathon, but my desire has just been lacking.
Today was a beautiful run and it reminded me why I enjoy running so much. I will complete my next 12 mile training run, then the half-marathon. After that, I think I'm going to stick with 3 - 5 mile runs. 30 - 45 minute runs are just perfect for me and my schedule. Longer runs "eat" into my day so much.
Stats from my last 5 runs:
Apr 3 - 5 miles in 50:31 with a 10:06 pace
Apr 4 - 2.46 miles in 21:49 with an 8:51 pace
Apr 7 - 3.1 miles in 32:33 with a 10:30 pace
Apr 8 - 11.1 miles in 2:05:48 with an 11:20 pace
Apr 10 - 4.43 miles in 45:57 with a 10:23 pace
