143 Minutes 872 Calories Burned!

So yesterday I did an hour long walk, 30 minute dance exercise in my room, 15 minutes on the arc trainer, 15 minutes on the treadmill doing incline 12.5 and speed 3.6, and did some weights for about 20 minutes. I tracked my exercises on Sparkpeople and I burned a total of 872 calories, not bad! I'm definitely feeling really tired and sluggish today but not going to let that be an excuse. I started the day off with a 40 minute walk and will be doing a 30 minute workout later and will be walking 20 minutes to meet my boyfriend after work to get the oil changed in our car. After dinner I'll finish up my workout by doing another 30 minutes in my room for a total of 2 hours of exercise for today.

For dinner I'm making everyone chili cheese dogs with tater tots and steamed carrots. For myself I'm having a turkey and swiss sandwich on an Oroweat 100% whole wheat sandwich thin with a little bit of mustard, a Quaker 90 calorie chewy chocolate chunk granola bar, and steamed carrots. For breakfast I'm having a red delicious apple and half a cup of 2% milkfat lucerne cottage cheese.

I haven't weighed in since the 6th and I'm anxious to see what my weight is. I'm hoping it's gone down and not up lol. I'll probably either weigh in today or tomorrow...

I made an appointment to get my hair cut and dyed! The appointment is for next Saturday the 19th at 10am. The woman who I scheduled with is the owner of the salon and she did my hair the last time I went in there and she did a great job so hopefully she does a great job again :)

After the gym we went to Grocery Outlet and got a few things for my boyfriend's mom's birthday. We got her a few things for her garden including a frog temperature stake to put in the ground, a welcome rock with a hummingbird, a watering wand to attach to her hose, and a round stone with frogs on it that can be put in the garden. We went to Ross afterwards and got her a pack of Hanes socks, a top, and a pair of capri pants since that was on the list of things she wanted.

    You and your boyfriend are definitely a go getter. That's great to be like that. I was when I was much younger. HA! I'll be you're looking forward to the hair appointment. You deserve it!!
