Finding Balance.

So I've been having trouble finding time to exercise. I asked myself today "How did I figure it out last time??"

Then I realized my schedule at work is completely different than it was when I was working out hardcore at the gym. I use to work 10-6 mostly, take the kids to the bus at 7, then go to the gym for 2 hours, then work. I felt awesome!

Now fast forward to the present.

I work 5am - 1 pm. I get up around 3:30am five days a week. I get home, I'm exhausted.

Today I thought, as soon as I get home I am getting on the treadmill. Not going to go in and sit down and get all cozy on the couch like I have been. I came home and did just that.
60 minutes on the treadmill, I burned a little over 500 calories.

I know that I am capable of doing this if I'm willing to dish out the work. I am tired, but feeling good!!
