Feeling better . . . .

My SparkCoach task for today is to write down all the ways I can see improvements since adopting a healthier lifestyle. Here goes:
1. More energy - I definitely am feeling more energetic, and am more willing to take on everyday tasks instead of feeling bogged down by them (e.g., LAUNDRY!!!)
2. More optimistic - I am seeing things in a brighter light, which could also be attributed to the departure of winter (we HOPE!), but is welcome no matter where it came from!
3. Greater ability to resist temptation - despite the fact that I am still eating things that I don't want to be, in general I'm doing a better job of resisting. For instance, going to the coffee shop to get a latte, but NOT getting a pastry too! It all adds up.

I've only been "back" working on this for a couple of weeks, so hopefully the weight will also start to follow, but the increased energy is a REALLY good thing!
