Day 7- Non Scale Victories

Well, its been one week back at it. In the last week I have logged 25 miles, including 2 days that my tracker was either at home or in the case of Sunday, not working correctly! When I went to the doctor yesterday for my yearly appointment, the nurse asked me how often I am exercising and I said 6-7 days a week, but my goal is 7 days a week! Her response? "oh, my!" My doctor was so excited by my weight loss.
Here are my newest progress pictures. Next time I will take them with more fitted clothing on so the progress is more evident. Also, please ignore the "junk" in the background, I am still getting settled in my new apartment and you get to see my mountain of boxes I am saving for my boss who is moving next as well as my bike in my living room! :) I'll post photos of the new apartment soon.

I don't think you can see much change in the pictures, but when I also took my measurements I was shocked! -2.25 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my hips, .75 inches off my thigh, 1 inch off my upper arm! All since February 24th. I know I have lost at least an inch in circumference off my chest as well - mostly of my back bulges! I just didn't record that when I measured because I only recorded what the spark tracker asked for. I have now found a more complete chart to record on so I will have more measures next month. My BMI has also dropped 2 points! Progress! The great thing about this progress is that it was my progress for my first attempt at 100 days of exercise. It was just over one month in when I got off track because of moving and started over. I know it works!
