Day 19 of ETL

Today is starting out on a much better foot than yesterday which was horrible in every way except diet. This morning I tried yogilates and I think I'm hooked! I've decided to make this my primary exercise followed by walking & fully expect my energy level to greatly increase as a result. I'm participating in a 5k but will be walking it but there's another one in November they I'm hoping I'm able to mostly run. Once my energy increases and my muscles feel less achy I will start the couch to 5k training. Today I vow to get sunlight and listen to good music to help me stay motivated, can't wait till this weeks weigh in. Oh and by the way I am eating less but staying full on ETL now! Well hopefully that's good anyway; until Friday ciao!
