off to a good week

Refocused after a tough week. Last week was long at work and spent Thursday, friday and saturday with migraines. Yesterday was nice and got some yard work done. Today I ate well. I.stead of eatting a hot meal from the cafeteria I did the salad bar and had veggies and fruit. I tried an almond milk and it was good. After work I was hungry and afraid I snacked too much. I had my baggie of raw veggies while leaving work at 4pm. Then has cashews when leaving the grocery store at 5pm. Then got home at 5:30 and got to the point where I knew I was in jeopard of pigging out but didn't want to eat since dinner was soon. I ate a granola bar, then cooked dinner which took about an hour.

Tonight I did a new workout. This weekend I got the Dance the Inches Off Latin Dance set from Walmart. It came with 2 dvds and a small ball for an ab routine, plus a little booklet with nutrition tips. Tonights workout was Latin cardio for 39 mins. I felt great and sweated. Well I have an early day so I better get my beauty sleep.
