day number 1

well today is the first day that i decides to be serious about losing weight
for me this was a very hard decision cause i like to eat sometimes allot and i only live a block away from 7 11 soooo i started the day off with cereal toast and a banana and i don't seem to be hungry so far i didn't realize how many calories i really ate b4. i entered the info in to the tracker and i saw that i was already at like 600 calories and i gotta eat less then 1800 a day whew this is gonna b hard i need to find some no calorie alternatives ok off i go to get some excersize lol

    Good for you! You can do this for sure! I know, I'm trying to eat between 1200-1500 calories a day right now and it is definitely tough some days- I also can't believe what I was eating before. It's amazing how close you need to watch those portions! Best wishes to you in your journey!
