Taking a moment for my Daily Gratitudes & Affirmations. Today, I am thankful for:
2. Meditating for 5 days
3. Getting in 120 min of exercise yesterday + 65 min. this morning
4. Reading Dr. A's books & discovering how to re-program myself
5. Soaking up the H20
6. Feeling my fat melting away (fearful of the scale though)
7. Practicing mindfulness

Day 5: Self-Confidence
The more I live my passion, the more my self-confidence grows.
Q: If you lack confidence, when & where did the feelings begin?
A: My self image began when I was a child. In her efforts to make me the best I could be, my mom was continually re-inventing me, by either giving me more food to fatten a skinny baby who wasn't a great eater (cultural), having me skip breakfast to then lose weight when I got chubby (although photos don't reflect how I saw myself then), shaving my head at age 6 to supposedly relax unruly curly hair (which might actually have had the opposite affect), professionally relaxing my hair, etc...(all made me a more mindful mom to my daughter now)
Q:. If you knew you couldn’t fail, what would you love to do?
A: If I knew I couldn't fail, I'd quit my job & start my own company mentoring other people with a poor self image.
Day 4: Inner Dialogue
As I look in the mirror, I acknowledge my reflection as a beautiful expression of the universe.
Q: Is there anything you continually tell yourself that doesn’t serve you?
A; I am fat & not as smart as some other people.
Q: Are you aware of the words you speak to yourself, either out loud or silently?
A: I am my own worst critic & hard on myself. I am much kinder to others
The one person I need to please is myself. Only as I accept myself, will others accept me. I will remember to speak to myself with love. I am committing to living from the inside out.
Day 3: The Perfection of Imperfection
I am whole, perfect and complete, just the way I am.
Day 2: Letting go of the Past
As I let go of the past, I move forward to a state of freedom, trust & happiness...
Day 1: Journey into Mastery
I live my life from a center of stillness, which is the true source of love, joy & fearlessness.
