We woke up extra early and went to breakfast at Denny's and I got to drive there :-) I got the fitfare Veggie skillet and only ate half of it shortness only 165 calories. I saved the rest for breakfast tomorrow. After breakfast we went to the marina and walked to the end of the pier and back. We went to target to look around and my fitbit died for the 3rd time in 2 days so we were able to exchange it. Here's to hoping this one doesn't stop working.

Tonight for dinner I'm making sauteed asparagus, baked thin pork chops with Mrs Dash garlic herb seasoning, and rice a roni angel hair herb pasta.


In a little bit we're going to go see a movie called Divergent :-) hopefully it's good! Now it's time to goon a brisk 20 minute walk before we leave and after the movie I can come home make dinner and do an hour long workout in my bedroom :-)

Last night I made lemon flavored biscotti with grated lemon peel and lemon extract. They are yummy! I'll have to try orange next and then almond :-)
