Never would have thought I'd really meet the step goal I set for myself so consistently. As a result, I'm much more active, feel better and am (finally!) seeing some changes in the dimensions. I'm ALMOST at the first interim weight goal I set, but more importantly my pre-breakfast blood sugar has finally dropped. It still isn't the level I'd like, but it's not bad and getting closer to the range I'd like it to be.
Sometimes the food and activity tracking can be a bit of a bother, since I don't really get to it until the evening. Setting a goal there (get 100 spark points a day) has helped keep me engaged, interested, and learning.
If the streets are walkable for this next business trip, I'll not worry about doing the normal workout but get in actual walking - outside! I'm looking forward to it.
